Dear Customers,

At the end of this year, the electricity and water for the current plots B and C will be turned off.

Starting January 1, 2026, new annual cards will be issued at no additional cost.

After issuance, customers should go to reception to collect the new cards and proceed with turning on the electricity and water according to their plot number.

We also ask that you confirm the regulations regarding the annual fee and water/electricity charges for the year in question, avoiding any potential penalties.
