Statement

With the aim of improving the quality of our services and ensuring the proper functioning of the facilities, we inform you that, starting April 1st, the following measures will be implemented:

1. Request for connection of the electrical circuit breaker:

Whenever it is necessary to request a receptionist to connect the electrical circuit breaker, it will be considered an additional service.

The second or subsequent requests will be charged at €2.50 per intervention, including VAT at the current rate.

2. Septic tank/sewer unclogging:

Whenever there is a blockage in the septic tanks or sewers, the costs of the necessary service will be divided among the users connected to the same system.

These measures aim to encourage responsibility and care for the facilities, avoiding unnecessary occurrences and ensuring a more organized and efficient environment for everyone.
